The resort is situated in Finnish Lapland which is very popular both in the winter for downhill and cross-country skiing winter fishing and snowmobiling and in the summer and autumn for hiking and fishing. The units are in traditional timberlog lodges. Each has a well equipped kitchen and a shower room with a sauna. There are buses to the ski slopes during high season only therefore a car is essential to fully enjoy the area in summer and autumn.
